Cannot listen to College Radio Station on iTunes

I am the Technical Coordinator for CiTR 101.9FM which broadcasts out of Vancovuer, BC. We're listed when you go on iTunes, go to the library view, then click "internet" on the top bar, and then click "College/University". Our stream has worked there in the past, but recently has stopped working when we changed stream URLs. How can I get Apple to change to our new URL? Some of our listeners use this stream to listen to our station. Calling Apple Support puts me on hold for too long.
